2018, 2019 & our NEW project!

Hello there!

2018 started really well for us-with sold out shows for Ribbet Ribbet Croak at The Blue Elephant Theatre, Streatham Library, Komedia (Brighton), Proteus (Basingstoke) and Southampton City Art Gallery. The help and funding of Arts Council England made that happen for us, so HUGE thanks to them!

We’ve had a busy summer here at Moulded HQ- Emily has been to Milan, Soniya to Rio and Natalie to Canada on her honeymoon. So we are now preparing for 2019!

We can exclusively reveal the title of our new show ... drumroll please... SWISH!

SWISH! will focus on three key elements:
  1. Plastic in the ocean.
  2. Collaborating with RNLI to reinforce their Respect the Water campaign
  3. As with Ribbet Ribbet Croak, we want to make accessible theatre for young children and audiences with complex needs.
We are fortunate to be collaborating with RNLI and The Makaton Charity, as well as continue our links with The Blue Elephant Theatre, Discover Children's Story Centre and Southampton City Art Gallery.

However, to make this show we need YOUR help! Alongside other funding, we have set up a crowdfunding campaign and would LOVE your support. There are rewards! Please pledge and share this to anyone you know who loves theatre, has children, or just wants to make a positive different to our planet! You can visit our crowdfunder campaign page here.

In the meantime, while you are eagerly awaiting this new show, here are some simple ways you can help save the planet:
  1. Carry a spare bag with you at all times! How many times have you gone to the supermarket and been annoyed that you had to pay 10p for a new bag? If you buy a tote bag and carry it round you’re not only saving yourself 10p a go, you’re helping save the planet.
  2. Buy a reusable water bottle. We LOVE them! And you can even get ones that have times of the day on, so you are making sure you drink enough water!
  3. Buy a reusable coffee cup! In most chain coffee stores you’ll get discounts if you bring your own one in!
  4. Ditch the washing liquids in plastic bottles and try an Eco Egg!
  5. RECYCLE! Always read the packages to make sure what you think is recyclable is definitely recyclable!

Thank you for your continued support and for looking after the planet!
